Newsflash
The site has now begun to take shape and as you can see more and more content is being incorporated.  We hope to have completed our negotiations with the respective application suppliers in the very near future to enable us to offer a fully automated purchasing and billing service, with regard to both our hosting and domain registration packages.  This will ease the burden on our administration department and speed up both processes to the benefit of our customers.  Meanwhile please continue to contact us using the contact form located in the contact section if you would like further information relating to our services.

Questions and Answers
How much does a domain cost?
Our prices are shown on the Domain Registration link located in the main menu.
What is your Policy on refunds?
Domain name purchases are non-refundable. Should for any reason we be unable to purchase the domain name however all payments relating to the purchase will be refunded unless you agree upon a suitable alternative.
Who is responsible for renewing the domain name?
As the owner of the domain name responsibility for its renewal rests with you. It is important therefore that you retain the details relating to your registration, registrar, company, date of registration, etc. If and when requested we will of course carry out the renewal on your behalf.
Will I receive a certificate?
Nominet currently provide certificates for UK registrations i.e. '.co.uk' although this could take some considerable time to come through. International registrations i.e. '.com, .net' do not receive certificates.
Are there any restrictions when registering a Domain Name?
Domain names must be between 3 and 64 characters in length with no spaces. We do not allow names which are likely to cause offence etc, please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.
How long does it take to register a domain name
If you purchase on line via credit/debit card the process takes a matter of minutes. You should be aware however that it could take between 24 - 72hrs for your domain to become viewable although generally this is achieved much more quickly.
